koenjanpiet is a ceramics studio based in Amsterdam. This policy covers how we handle personal data collected through this website and through commission inquiries.

What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or process a commission:
- Name and email address, when you submit a commission inquiry or trade registration form.
- The content of your message.
- Basic usage data through Netlify's infrastructure (server logs, request metadata). No analytics cookies are set.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to manage a commission. We do not send newsletters, marketing emails, or share your data with third parties, except where required to process your request (Formspree for form delivery).
Retention
Commission correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the work and any follow-up. Inquiry data not resulting in a commission is deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to us at studio@koenjanpiet.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or marketing cookies. The trade portal uses localStorage to remember a session — no data is sent to a third party.
Changes
This policy may be updated occasionally.
